Refund policy

At TITE Eyewear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for all direct-to-consumer orders. Whether you’re playing 18 or squeezing in a quick range session, we want you to put your eyewear to the test. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Returns made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Return for a Refund

  1. Log in to your TITE Eyewear account and select Request Refund.
     
  2. We’ll contact you within 2 business days with instructions and a pre-paid USPS return label.
     
  3. Securely package your eyewear, attach the return label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Promotional Items

If your order included a free promotional gift and the return makes you ineligible for the promotion, the gift must also be returned. If it is not returned, your refund will be adjusted to include the gift’s full retail value.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 4–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
