Shipping policy
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All orders ship from St. Louis, Missouri, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received by 12:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same business day.
Shipping Options:

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders containing at least one pair of eyewear (approx. $8 value).
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $25.
Carrier selection is based on the lowest available rate. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You may also log into your TITE Eyewear account to view your order history and tracking details.
If you are unable to track your order using these methods, contact us at info@titeeyewear.com with your order number and the email address associated with the purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear online.
Risk of Loss:
Lost or damaged shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis. We work directly with customers and carriers to resolve issues and may offer replacements at no cost when appropriate.
